You can use every calculator, guide and checker on this site without an account and without giving us your name. The only time we learn who you are is when you choose to send the contact form.

We do not sell your information, and we do not ask for Social Security numbers, account numbers or tax documents through this website.

When you send the contact form: your name, email address, phone number, loan purpose, approximate loan amount, your message, and any calculator scenario you chose to attach.

Automatically: standard technical information that any website receives, such as the pages you visited, the device and browser you used, and the site that referred you. This is used in aggregate to see which pages are useful.

To reply to your request and to prepare for that conversation — nothing more. A request for information is not a loan application, and sending it does not start an application or an approval process.

To keep the site working and improve the explanations on it, based on which pages and calculators people actually use.

We use service providers to run this website and to manage inquiries — for example, the platform that hosts the site and the customer relationship system where your request is recorded. They only handle the information needed to provide that service.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights and safety of the company, our clients, or the public. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties for their own marketing.

This site uses cookies and similar storage for basic site function and for aggregate traffic measurement. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the calculators will keep working.

Inquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and afterwards for as long as recordkeeping rules require. If you ask us to delete a request you sent, we will remove it unless we are required to keep it.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you sent us, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Reply to any email from us, or use the contact form, and say what you would like done.

If you are a California resident, you may also ask what categories of personal information we hold and request deletion, consistent with applicable law.

Requests are stored in access-controlled systems, and only the people who need to follow up can see them. No website transmission is entirely secure, which is one reason we ask you not to send sensitive documents through the form.

This site is intended for adults considering mortgage financing. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
